Swimming Pools
Having a swimming pool in your backyard is quite exciting, but with the sun and the rain blazing all guns, you would rather have a shower in your bathroom. Irritating, isn't it? So we came up with the idea of a roof over the pool. Now you don't have to pray to the sun and rain gods each time you make a splash.Now if you are interested in sunbathing and think the roof will obstruct your plans, we have a second version of the swimming pool that's without the roof. Added here is a huge deck for your exciting poolside cocktail parties.
Cottages
If you don't wish to buy a house or you are on a short trip to Vizag, you could use one of our cottages. We have 12 suites, one or more of which you can rent out on a daily basis. These cottages are fully furnished.
Parks & Avenues
A layout with a mix of nature and dream homes is like the perfect cocktail. Balanced and beautiful. And because we know you like cocktails, we have added the ingredient of nature in the form of three huge parks. One can serve as a picnic spot; other can serve as place for small gatherings (of course if the weather is pleasant) and a third can be used for any purpose. Well, the first two can be used for other purposes also. Your kids play cricket or you park your cars, we'll leave that to you.

Gated Communities
SriSanthi brought the idea of gated communities to Visakhapatnam and which led to a new era of luxurious living away from the polluted city. SriSanthi's gated communities named the Pleasant Village (divided into two phases) and Almond Village offer 24X7 security, piped water supply, underground power cabling, solar powered street lights besides a clean and green ambience. There is also a beautiful Venkateswara Swamy temple for the spiritually inclined!
